It’s been about 5 months since I’ve sent anything here. I’m not going to pretend that was planned.

I just got so deep into actual client work that content took a back seat.

Over the last few months I delivered 20+ AI automation projects for real businesses.

Not courses. Not content about AI.

Actual builds - sitting across from business owners, auditing their operations, building their systems, watching things break, rebuilding them, and figuring out what holds up under pressure versus what just looks good in a demo.

Somewhere in the middle of that, I stepped away from the whole “guru” side of this space. The teaching, the posting, the content treadmill.

I just wanted to get my hands dirty and build things that work. And I’m glad I did - because the AI landscape shifted underneath everyone while most people were still making tutorials about the old way of doing things.

Here’s what I mean.

The AI space is officially moving too fast to keep up with casually. If you blinked for a few months, the tools you were using are already being replaced.

The workflows that worked 6 months ago are starting to look outdated. And the gap between people who are actually building and people who are just watching is getting wider every week.

A few shifts that changed how I work completely:

1. Claude Code is the hottest tool in AI right now. I’ve spent 1,000+ hours in it, used it across every client project, and built an entire Chrome extension from scratch. Most people don’t even know it exists yet.

2. Traditional automation is getting displaced. I still use n8n - but agentic systems are eating into territory that used to belong to drag-and-drop workflows. If your entire model is built around those tools, the ground is shifting fast. BUT they’ll always have their place - no matter what people say.

3. Context engineering determines everything. It’s the difference between an AI agent that produces generic garbage and one that performs like a senior specialist. Same model, completely different result - just based on how you structure what it sees.

And the bigger picture that most people aren’t preparing for - we’re heading toward full agentic operating systems.

Not single agents doing single tasks. Teams of autonomous agents managing entire business functions, coordinating with each other, making decisions.

This is BIGGER than the internet!

That’s not 5 years away. It’s already starting…

Which brings me to why I’m writing.

They’re also the ones who know how to position themselves properly, target the right prospects, run a simple sales process, and focus on ROI instead of complexity.

Once you understand this, everything becomes easier.

You know what to focus on, what to ignore, and what actually moves the needle.

If I was starting from zero again and wanted to hit $10,000/month as fast as possible, this is the exact blueprint I would follow.

A lot of what I’ll say contradicts the “conventional” advice you see online, but this framework has generated hundreds of thousands for me and many of the people I’ve mentored.

Step 1: Don’t niche down.

Everyone says “pick one niche.” That advice sounds clean, but when you’re starting from zero you have no idea what will actually work for you. You only ever see the surface of how someone else’s funnel, offer or positioning works.

The smarter path is testing. For the first 90 days, start broad. Pick three niches that meet these criteria:

– B2B
– Sell medium to high-ticket ($1,000–$50,000+)
– Not regulated
– Digital-first

After building automations for 15+ industries, the three “beginner-proof” niches I recommend are:

– Coaches and consultants selling digital information
– Done-for-you service providers like marketing or SEO agencies
– HR and recruiting agencies

These check all the boxes and they respond well to AI-based offers.

Step 2: Scrape leads and personalise the ice-breaker.

Use an Apify actor or similar tool to scrape targeted leads based on location, industry, position, company size, keywords and number of leads. Start with 2,000 leads per niche.

Target companies with fewer than 50 employees and ideally in your country or city. These businesses decide faster and you can meet them in person if needed.

Having the right list matters far more than having a big list.

Once you scrape the leads, run them through your N8N workflow to verify emails, research their websites and generate a short personalised ice-breaker. This alone will double your reply rates.

Step 3: Build your cold email and LinkedIn outreach infrastructure.

People love saying cold outreach doesn’t work. It doesn’t work for them because they don’t know what they’re doing. If you follow this setup, it works extremely well.

Tools I recommend:

– Zapmail for domains and inboxes
– Reachinbox for warm-up
– Aimfox or Dux-Soup for LinkedIn

This setup costs around $150/month and lets you reach 10,000 people per month.

Warm your domains for 3–4 weeks. Don’t skip this or you’ll end up in spam.

During these weeks you should optimise your LinkedIn profile: clean banner, good profile picture, recommendations, clear copy, and consistent posts.

People will check your LinkedIn before replying, so make sure you look like someone worth listening to.

This is also the time to set up your landing page or website, contracts, CRM, and calendar link. We run our agency on GHL since it covers everything under one roof.

Step 4: Write your copy and launch the campaigns.

When your accounts finish warm-up, you can start sending hyper-personalised campaigns. This is where most people fail. Their copy is simply not good enough.

If you’re testing three niches, create two offers for each niche and run six campaigns in total.

Offer 1 (per niche):
A direct, no-brainer offer. This gets quick responses. You can try pitching some sales or client acquisition system that books sales calls, these offers are printing right now!

Offer 2 (per niche):
Invite them to a free AI consultation where you walk them through a few AI systems, explain use cases, show competitor examples and highlight ROI.

This gets conversations with businesses that are genuinely curious about AI and want to understand how it can transform their operations.

One of my students launched his campaigns and got 26 replies on day one. 69% were positive.

Step 5: Run the AI consultation call.

With this approach you can book three to five calls per week. Your goal on this call is simple:

– Position yourself as an authority
– Educate the prospect
– Identify the core problem they want solved

Don’t get overly technical. You’ll confuse people. Focus on the ROI of each system and use case studies from other businesses. You can find plenty of examples online.

The outcome of this call should be clarity on their problem and a clear “yes” from them that they want it solved. From there you move to the closing call.

Step 6: Run the closing call and make the sale.

Before the closing call, build a short demo showing exactly how you’d solve their problem. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to show confidence and competence.

Walk them through the solution, the value, the ROI and the next steps. Have your contract ready. If you price the offer correctly and ask the right questions, business owners will sign up.

This six-step process is how I grew Nousify AI to more than $30,000 per month.

I see people say this constantly on YouTube, so I wanted to share how I actually see the space evolving and where the opportunities are shifting in 2026.

Why does this matter?

Because the future belongs to the people who can see it early.

And if you want to make a lot of money with AI, you need to think ahead of the curve rather than react to it.

Last week, a mentor of mine who owns one of the largest cybersecurity companies in Cyprus invited me to a private conference he was hosting for his clients and leads.

He booked out a high-end restaurant for six hours and around 50 representatives from some of the largest companies in the country came together. Mostly CTOs, CEOs, senior management.

One of the panel discussions was on Agentic AI — the type of action-oriented AI that we build as automation freelancers and agencies.

It was by far the most interesting part.

And when the Cloudflare partner started talking about how Agentic AI helps companies make more money, everyone suddenly stopped yawning and started paying very close attention.

Afterwards, I had the chance to speak with several high-level business people.

Here’s what I realised:

1) The gap in the market is massive.

Most companies haven’t taken the leap from “Generative AI” (ChatGPT, text generation, summaries) to “Agentic AI” (AI agents and automated systems that do real work).

Whenever new technology comes out, adoption is never immediate — no matter how valuable it is. People need time to understand it, the technology needs to mature, and the hype cycle needs to calm down.

The mass shift from generative tools → agentic systems hasn’t happened yet.

That’s why we haven’t seen the “AI revolution” everyone predicted in 2023.

But this is changing. Fast.

My prediction is that 2026 will be the beginning of real business transformation.

Companies will start approaching AI less cautiously, and you’ll hear words like “Agentic”, “AI Agents”, “Automation” and “Robotics” a lot more often — especially from people who know a lot less about it than you or I.

McKinsey already estimates that 60% of computer-based jobs can be replaced with AI tech that exists today.

Reality is about to catch up.

2) Most businesses don’t understand the use cases or capabilities of agentic AI.

They don’t know what’s possible.
They don’t know how it adds value.
They don’t know what other companies are doing with it.

Businesses don’t buy based on excitement.

They buy based on ROI.

If they can’t clearly see the ROI, they don’t move.

This is why the people who can educate buyers will win.
You don’t need to be extremely technical.
You just need to show them:

— real use cases
— how these systems create value
— how other companies have implemented them

This instantly differentiates you from the “template sellers” who complain that the space is saturated.

It’s not saturated.

They’re just selling the wrong way.

3) Selling to clients in your own region is 100x easier.

Yes, build online.
Yes, target globally.

But one thing I’ve consistently seen with people who get fast wins is that they target businesses they could meet in person if needed.

Not as a hard rule, but as a massive advantage.

It is simply easier to close deals with people you can visit, take out for a coffee, or meet at their office.

Your email and LinkedIn outreach opens the conversation.

But if meeting in person is what closes it — do it.

It will speed up everything.

Most people online are “keyboard warriors.”
